Non-Surgical Nose Job (Nasal Reconstruction)

Patient #1

This patient did not want to have surgery to correct the bump on her nose.  She was concerned about the risks of bleeding, infection, and anesthesia associated with an operation; and she had a friend whose rhinoplasty was unsatisfactory.  She came to us for a non-surgical solution.  We corrected her bump non-surgically with a liquid "nose job".  The procedure took 20 minutes, required no anesthesia and cost $1500.  Her results should last about 24 months.  Soon we should be able to get results that will last 10 years!  Results like this are typical but each patient is different and results will vary from patient to patient.

A close-up of the same patient from above.  She had mild bruising which lasted less than a week and was easily covered up with make-up.  The patient was delighted with her results, although I suggested we wait about 4-6 weeks and try to perfect the line of her nose even more.  I wanted to wait to allow any swelling to subside so I can more accurately judge how much more to correct.  It is always better to under-correct at first and add more later than to overdo things from the start.

Patient #2

Here is a patient who had a traditional surgical performed rhinoplasty years earlier which left her with a bad "dent" right in the middle of her nose.  She had an estimate of $15,000 for another surgical procedure to try to correct the errors of the first one.  We made the above non-surgical correction for her in about 20 minutes.  She required no anesthesia, had no immediate bruising, applied her make-up and went home for Thanksgiving the very next day.  Her total cost was $1200.

A close-up of the above patient.  Her results should last between 18-24 months.  We purposely used a strong flash to shadow her nose in the before and after photos to better accentuate her concern on film.  Sometimes a "defect" is more obvious in real life than in pictures and sometimes it is more noticeable in pictures than in real life.  This patient now joked with us that she would need new headshots for her work as a model and actress.
