Perry R. Bubis, M.D. is the founder and medical director of Vein Clinics of the Valley.  Dr. Bubis is a unique surgeon in that he realized over 20 years ago, after performing numerous vein-stripping procedures, that this surgical procedure was not totally corrective by itself.  Therefore, he decided to add other less invasive modalities such as compressive sclerotherapy, duplex ultrasonography.  Dr. Bubis realized that with the availability of newer and safer drugs, he could now correct all forms of varicose disease without scars and at a cost far less than surgical stripping, and in a painless manner.

Dr. Bubis received his medical degree from the University of Manitoba, Canada. He interned at the Los Angeles County General Hospital. Postgraduate studies in general and vascular surgery at the University of Minnesota and at the Tucson Hospitals Medical Education Program in Arizona. He is an American Board Certified General and Vascular surgeon.
